Parties

My Eclectic Mess birthday parties are for children ages 8-12. (Parties for teens and adults can be arranged to meet your needs!) All materials and instruction will be provided at a cost of $25 per child. There is a minimum of 5 children with a maximum of 10, plus at least one adult to stay with the party at all times.

Each party will create a project from our special selection of party projects. We will need a final count of party participants no less than one week prior to the party so we can put together the projects and plan the perfect party for you. The selection of the party project must be made at least one week prior to the party date.

Parties can be scheduled for weekday or Sunday afternoons and run approximately 2 hours, which includes time for gift opening and refreshments. You are welcome to bring cake and other refreshments and will need to provide your own paper goods. We ask that you respect others who may be in the store at the time of your party and remain in the designated party room for the duration of the party.

DEPOSIT: You will need to make a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. We must have a firm count of guests one week prior. The deposit covers set-up, clean-up and instruction. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total fees due on the day of your party.
